How long can we store your data for?
We will store your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the desired purpose, meet your needs or fulfil our legal obligations.

In general, your personal data is stored in our database for a period not exceeding:
- 3 years if you are a “prospective customer” (i.e. you have never purchased a Rodier product but are interested in the Rodier brand).
- For the duration of our business relationship plus 10 years if you are a “customer” (i.e. you have already purchased a Rodier product).

If cookies are stored on your computer, we keep them for a period not exceeding 13 months.

Who can we share your data with?
We only share information: if it is necessary; in pseudonymised form if possible (not allowing direct identification); for legitimate purposes (to provide you with requested services, to meet our legal obligations, to prevent fraud and/or secure our tools, to improve our products and services, or after having obtained your consent to this effect); with our trusted third-party providers.
